The packages show what’s included per product; the final figure depends on the number of products, the complexity of the material and the level of finish.
Jewellery, watches and reflective materials require roughly twice the retouching time and are quoted separately.

How do I send my products from another country?
By courier — we receive them, shoot and return them. You cover the shipping; we handle everything from the moment the parcel arrives.
How long does it take?
A proposal within 24 hours, final images in 10 working days from the shoot. Urgent deadlines can be arranged — tell us the date in the brief.
What if I don’t like the result?
Two rounds of revisions are included. During the shoot you approve lighting and angles before retouching starts, so surprises are caught early.
Can I get a price without a call?
Yes. Send the brief and you get a written proposal with a fixed price — no call required.
Do the images meet marketplace requirements?
Yes — Amazon and the major platforms, delivered in high resolution and web-optimised versions, named by your product reference.
