01 · Brief. How many references, which formats and by when. Proposal within 24 hours with a fixed price.
02 · You send the products. By courier, from any country. For textures we need one extra unit of each product: it gets opened and isn’t returned.
03 · Shoot. We send you the first frames to approve lighting, colour and style before continuing with the whole line.
04 · Retouching. Cleaning the packaging, controlling reflections and matching colour with the product in front of us.
05 · Delivery. Files named by reference in 10 working days. Two rounds of revisions. Unopened products come back to you.

Questions and Answers
Do you need to open the products?
Not for listings. For textures and swatches yes: we need one extra unit of each reference, which isn’t returned.
How do you guarantee the colour?
We check against the product in front of us, not just the screen. For critical shades (lipsticks, foundations) we show it applied on skin.
Do you work with glass or foil packaging?
Yes. They’re the most reflective materials, which is why they get a specific lighting set-up, included in the quote.
Can you do video too?
Yes, in the same session: same set and lighting, so the video matches the photos.
What if I’m not in Barcelona?
You send the products by courier and we manage the whole project remotely.
