Frequently asked questions
How much does product photography cost?
It depends on the category, the number of pieces and the finish. Each category page shows starting prices, and clothing and e-commerce have a calculator. The fixed quote reaches you in writing within 24 hours.
How long does delivery take?
Social content in 3 working days. Clothing, footwear, cosmetics, fashion jewellery and e-commerce in 10. Fine jewellery and watches in 14, since they need the most retouching.
Do I need to be in Barcelona?
No. You ship the products by courier from any country, we run the project remotely and send everything back with the images.
Do I need a call to get a price?
No. A written brief is enough to close the quote. If you’d rather talk, message us on WhatsApp.
I only have a few pieces. Is that still worth it?
Yes. For brands with a short list of references we run Open Studio Days: several brands share one studio day and each takes home only its own images.
Can I see the images before retouching?
Yes. During the shoot we send you frames to approve the light and angles. After that you get two rounds of revisions.
